NewIT Services (“we”) collects personal information when you contact us or apply for a role. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact inquiries: name, email, company, and message. Job applications: first name, last name, email, phone number, resume file, optional LinkedIn and GitHub profiles, whether US work sponsorship is required (and sponsorship type if applicable), and the job ID you applied to.

How we use data

We use inquiry data to respond to your request. We use application data to evaluate candidacy for the specific role and related recruitment purposes. After you apply, we may email you a confirmation that we received your application. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Application materials are retained for recruitment and compliance needs and may be deleted upon request where legally permitted.
